Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
1. Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@euphoriajewel.com with your order number for further instructions. Items returned outside this 14-day timeframe will be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where we are liable for errors on the shipping label. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made orders
- Earrings and pierced items (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
Items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
We are unable to resend orders returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners. For returned orders, a refund for the item total will be issued.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging. Please email info@euphoriajewel.com with your order number to initiate an exchange.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge via Royal Mail.
The following items are non-exchangeable:
- Personalized or custom-made orders
- Earrings and pierced items (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
Items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Faulty Goods
We carefully inspect all items before packaging. If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@euphoriajewel.com, including an image of the damaged item or video. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your item. We are unable to assist with claims made after this period, as the damage will be considered "misuse by the buyer.". We suggest user to make a box opening video which could help to process , in case of faulty goods.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 to 10 business days . Please allow additional 2 working days of processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days from our approval, please contact us at info@euphoriajewel.com
5. Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- The customer not being home
- The courier being unable to find a safe delivery location
- Non-payment of customs taxes (international orders)
We will issue a refund for the returned items. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you wish to still receive the items, you will need to place a new order.
