1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
  • You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, Europe & Rest of the World but shipping cost & processing time will vary.

3. Shipping Methods, Information and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • United Kingdom
    • Royal Mail Standard (Non- Tracked) :
      • Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days
      • Cost: £3 to £5
    • Royal Mail Signed For & Tracked:
      • Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days
      • Cost: £4 to £6
    • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Upon Request):
      • While not a standard service, we can attempt next-day delivery within the UK.
    • Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and cost (between £6 and £10, depending on size and weight, as per Royal Mail pricing).
    • Orders placed before 11:00 am have the best chance of next-day delivery, but this is not guaranteed.
  • International (Europe & Rest of World)
    • Royal Mail International Shipping:
      • Estimated delivery: Delivery times vary. You will receive an estimated delivery date once your order is processed. Our aim is to deliver within 10 working days, however, customs clearance procedures may cause delays which are unfortunately beyond our control.
      • Cost: £8 to £25, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Important Shipping Information

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate address information for their orders. Failure to provide an accurate address may result in delays or additional charges, for which we will not be held responsible.
  • Customs and Duties (International Orders):
    • Customs Clearance: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery times which are unfortunately beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
    • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All international packages are shipped DDU, meaning that customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the purchase price.
    • Payment of Fees: You are solely responsible for paying any and all fees, including customs duties and taxes, levied by your country's customs office in order to receive your parcel.
    • Estimating Fees: We are unable to advise on the specific amount of customs duties or taxes that may be applicable. For an estimate of potential charges and rates, we recommend contacting your country's customs office.
  • Shipping Restrictions and Responsibilities:
    • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address.
    • In cases where an incorrect address is provided, customs duties are not paid, or an order is cancelled after shipping, the full shipping cost paid to the courier service is non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, the weight of the package, and your delivery address.
  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. See our website for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

  • For tracked deliveries, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This number can be used to monitor the shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed package or a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will either reship your order or issue a refund.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
