  • If you wish to return a Product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging and un-used.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned Products.
  • Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) or personalized/engraved items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
